A specialised protein blend with a delicious hot chocolate flavour, formulated to promote overnight muscle recovery while you sleep.* Healthspan Elite's formulation contains 11.4g protein with a blend of whey protein and slow-release casein protein which is best taken before you go to bed.

They've also added the amino acid L-Theanine, plus 5-HTP, a natural extract from the West African tree Griffonia simplicifolia. Finally, they've added niacin, vitamin B6, and magnesium to support normal muscle function and protein synthesis.

Unlike most night-time or recovery proteins on the market, this product comes in convenient, tamper evident sachets. Their formulation has no unnecessary additives, and we use a natural sweetener in Stevia.
