Directions:

For Maintenance while Training:
1. Slowly dissolve 1 lozenge 1–2 times a day on the tongue after your regular dental routine.
2. Best taken in the evening before bedtime.

For Dosing while Traveling:
48 hours prior to departure:
- Slowly dissolve 4 lozenges on the tongue, sequentially within 1 hour.

24 hours prior to departure:
- Slowly dissolve 4 lozenges on the tongue, sequentially within 1 hour.

Prior to boarding:
- Slowly dissolve 2 lozenges on the tongue, sequentially within 1 hour.

While in transit:
- Slowly dissolve 2 lozenges on the tongue mid-way through the journey.
