Aurum oil was created as our bodies cannot create essential fatty acids, so we have to consume them by eating plenty of fish, nuts and seeds to get it. This is a pretty reasonable ask, however, to get the real benefits that come with an optimum intake of Omegas and fatty acids, we must eat a lot of these things each day which most of us won't - especially vegans and vegetarians if they don't consume many nuts or seeds in their diet! Aurum oil is an easy way to ensure that you're getting a healthy dose of these omegas daily without needing to be so vigilant with your diet!

Aurum oil also contains non-essential and conditionally essential fatty acids which bring balance and are very important for biological functions. If you are lacking in these fatty acids, your body will have an essential fatty acid imbalance and this can lead to disease.
